We are living in a world where multi-tasking is prevalent. The neverending tasks keep us occupied, from getting up in the morning to getting back to sleep. Sometimes, we find it hard to save some time for self-care.  It is the most common reason behind our lack of concentration as well as absent-mindedness. Meditation

You need to stop overthinking that often makes your mind wander away from the present moment. Live in the moment by relaxing your mind from obsessive thoughts. Meditate regularly, 15 to 20 minutes of practice will help you regain concentration and awareness of your surroundings. 

Taking Actions 

Document your daily routine in order of priorities. Begin your day with self-care and then mundane tasks followed by artistic tasks. When you start accomplishing tasks systematically, it becomes a habit, and your focus improves. 

Reducing screen time 

Reduce your daily screen time by scheduling your smartphone and work laptops usage. You are straining yourself by consuming data on your screens. Smartphones and laptops are programmed such that their batteries drain after over-usage. Similarly, your energy gets drained beyond capacity and, you also need to charge yourself. Restrict the screen time, and your saved time and energy can go into productive tasks. 

Change of lifestyle 

Lifestyle suggests a style of living, the way a person utilizes his time. If you feel there is a need to change your lifestyle, then probably you should do it. You are a busy person and, the tasks at hand consume most of your time. However, this needs modifications according to your work and personal life. It is much easier for an early bird to change their lifestyle than a night owl. Nevertheless, if a person is determined to break their pattern for a better lifestyle, he can do it.
