1. Find meaning in life

You must find purpose in your life and sort out some issues to determine what is best for you, what suits you best, and what means the most to you. Finding meaning in life is different for everyone. For some, it may be as simple as letting go of individuals, doing humanitarian work, and for others, it might be travelling to other regions or living a holistic life. You need to sit back and determine your life's meaning by observing what brings you happiness and peace. 

2. Set your goals

When you know what is essential to you, you should create some goals. Even if they are small, you work toward them to accomplish your hopes and ambitions. 

3. No regrets

You can not change what you have done in the past, and regretting it will only hold you back. If you regret what went wrong in the past, you may not feel happy in your present life.
