I never thought a love scene could make me cry but that did. It’s just incredibly beautiful and romantic.
July 25th, 2009 at 9:24 am
Yea, and apparently it has been made fun of on family guy. the same scene is there when peter is working as a ghostbuster for a summer job. Even thogh sam isn’t a ghost at that point. peter vaccums him up and says “That’ll be $27.50″
July 27th, 2009 at 11:18 am
I’m not surprised. When I say beautiful and romantic, that also includes cheesy and very easy to make fun of.

September 15th, 2009 at 11:48 am
Sorry to hear of Patrick’s passing. Especially for his family and wife Lisa. You know, he wasn’t first or second choice for this movie. He had to prove he could do the role, and boy could he do it. I can’t imagine anyone else playing his character. He was an amazing actor. He will be so missed by all who knew him and all who loved his work.Bye Patrick.

I was just talking about this scene on sunday to my niece because this song came on the radio. I also had a dream on sat night that he had died and I told her and my mom on sunday. WEIRD! Patrick fought to the end, I will always love this scene and Patrick. He is dancing on the other side and in no more pain….
September 15th, 2009 at 6:59 pm
Not sure why I clicked on your video, it makes me cry everytime I hear it. My baby sister died of ovarian cancer 4 years ago aged 36 and her husband sang this to her as her last breath slipped away. She was a fighter, just like Patrick. Hopefully she will befriend him in Paradise, she was a beautiful person, just like Patrick – faithful, loyal and loving. I miss her dearly.
September 15th, 2009 at 7:33 pm
Patrick, we will miss you. You were so brave!

Sorry Cortneeyyy, I was feeling real low after watching the video, I was sobbing myself listening to it. At least Samantha is pain free like Patrick now. I’ve learned to deal with my loss, but I’ll never forget her beauty or her amazing sense of humour. Thanks for your concern sweetie. I’ll be fine.
