PET NEEDS KEEPER
Male doggy, 38-year old. Fully vaccinated and housebroken. Won't chew on furniture or s*!s. Nails t@!med but he's not neutered.. He has a sweet personality but protective of his domain.. Eager to please a loving one. Loves to be around people and other animals.. NEEDS LOVING HOME..
My name is Metin. I live in ANTALYA, and work as a doctor, an Eye Surgeon. Some people may take it as eery but to me, operating on an eye under the microscope is something like underwater diving: an unearthly experience. I truly love my job but try my best to stay aware of the world out of the operating room.
I recall numerous memorable moments in my life : Getting lost in alleys of medieval Siena under a peaceful Tuscany rain in Italy.. Having to fight to re-gain my just lifted wallet in London subway.. Turning a corner in Musee d'Orsay in Paris , suddenly left breathless, being faced with 'Room at Arles' of Van Gogh .. Day-dreaming in front of Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, 'talking' :) to its architect Gaudi.. Eating strawberries and singing together with father to a song in radio when I was four years old :) First time swimming of Juliette, my dog, when she thought I was drowning and just couldn't resist the temptation to 'save' me :) and threw herself into water.. The moment she gave, years later, in my arms, her very last breath away.. I miss this sweet little thing so bad, who was always ready at home for a play or a hug..
MY INTERESTS:
HIM , Queen, Bon Jovi, Nick Cave, all make me feel like a !~sting volcano.. Coldplay, Placebo, Dido, Toto, Alanis Morisette are always welcome join a ride in my car..( where I'm the best singer in town :) Dvorak, Grieg, Bach add a lot to ambiance in my operating room at hospital, and are always welcome raise a winegl&~% with me any night in my balcony..
I truly owe a lot of invaluable hours and days to J. Salinger, V. Woolf, M. Kundera, H. Hesse, I. Svevo, A. Camus, and many others..
In the movie English Patient, deepest affection together with intense p&~%ion, hidden behind that elusive sweet smile of Hana (Juliette Binoche) to 'Kip'.. who on earth among us would want to take those 'virtual' moments from his/her 'real' life?
Sports was once my number one p&~%ion till I had to quit, following a number of knee operations due to sports injuries..I love animals, especially dogs.. Very recently I lost my exceptionally lovely dog named Juliette..
I'm not interested in politics and I want to remain far from religion of any kind..I don't feel as an alien in a bar but I've never been a party animal..
