Whenever I think of happiness, it reminds me of Thomas Jefferson, the one who proposed the right of LIFE,LIBERTY and PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. “HAPPINESS” Yes, who would not like to be happy. Everyone wants to lead a happier life, everyone wants to get liberated so as to live happily, so you see it’s the happiness that conjoins it all. Everyone in this world is doing different things, or doing the same thing differently, some one is a farmer, some one is a saint, some one is a teacher or a thief, or some one is doing just nothing or is nothing.
But why they are doing it? The intent is same they all want to be happy, even a person doing or being nothing makes him feel delighted.
There can be many antithesis to it, like: - they all are doing different things because, they want their satisfaction, but I ask, what is that different feeling that fills you up, when you are content, that is the feeling of happiness, a person wants to earn more money, because every single extra penny in his kitty makes him feel more satisfied, and hence more happy. But the only difference is, that the definition of happiness differs from person to person. Being happy is not that much difficult, you just have to be focused on what you exactly want from your life? But its not that easy either, people keep on trying and craving for that state of happiness, but they never succeed.
But, there is one more thing that is even much more consequential then happiness, that is “HOPE”, Hope is everything, now a days I have become a hoper.
When I stand in front of the mirror and look at myself, I ask a question, “what do I want from life?”, and every time the only answer I come up with is,”Man, all I want to be is just happy”. Everyone has a reason, for why he or she is happy, I have been through so much of constant disappointment, but still I am happy, because I have a reason for it, that is hope,
I have a dream, and I got to protect it, I got to embrace it, it’s a valuable dream I got to nurture it with the fertilizer of hope. I want to fly and fly higher and spread my wings of hope.
